Thanks to Sabber’s advanced movement area, exercises that are designed to focus on certain objectives to help preventing karpel tunnel syndrome and recurrent tension damages can be performed everywhere easily and in a comfortable way. Only watch the simple exercises, and strengthen and condition these muscles of yours which are used directly when you are using keyboard or mouse. You push – it pushes. If you squeeze more strongly, it will push more strongly. Hold Sabber ball firmly with both hands so that it will be among the thumbs and other fingers of your two hands; your thumbs will touch the ball; while your left hand is holding the ball firmly in a stable condition, turn your right hand downwards. Change hands. You can squeeze the ball while you are turning your hands. It strengthens wrist / grasp and front arm / elbow. Put Sabber on a hard and flat surface. Put pressure on the ball on a hard and flat surface; put your finger tips or one finger on the ball; and now exerting pressure on your wrist, roll the ball forwards on the table slowly. Repeat the movement by exerting pressure on your hand with each finger. Hold the Sabber ball in your palm, all your fingers stretched. Raise your arms while your elbows are stretched. Squeeze the ball for 10 to 15 seconds and leave it. Repeat the movement 10 times in 3 to 5 sets. This exercise is simply a passive gymnastics that activates the muscles on your shoulders, breasts and back arms. Then, hold the ball parallel to your chin. Squeeze it for 10 seconds and leave it. Change the place of your hands in reverse direction and start again. Hold the Sabber in your palm, bend or flex your elbows for your comfort. Separate your thumb and other fingers from each other. Squeeze the ball with each of your fingers one by one and leave it. You can place your fingers on different parts of the ball to separate the different muscle groups from each other. You can exercise also by rolling the ball between thumbs and other fingers. Hand therapy balls are produced in two models as round and elliptic, three resistances and colors: Blue (soft), Green (medium hard), Red (hard)
